Onset is most common after age 40, although symptoms can appear at any age. Heightened emotion, stress, fever, physical exhaustion, or low blood sugar may trigger tremors or increase their severity.

Tremode grants players new challenges and gives them more content to explore. A world permanently converts to Tremode after the Moon Lord is defeated for the first time. Tremode is essentially a more difficult version of Hardmode.
